Refund Policy

So here’s the dealio, bro — our digital downloads are non-refundable. No returns, no take backsies. Our refund policy explains why, and offers advice on exceptions and good will gestures.

Thank you for shopping with Tales from the Trees (TFTT). We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our digital wallpaper products. Please carefully read our refund and returns policy for a transparent understanding of our procedures.

Ast the time of writing, we do not support physical products, but do have plans to bring some to the brand in the near future. At that point, we will update our policies, including this one, to reflect the refund policy of physical purchases.

Refund Policy

  1. Digital Products:

    • Due to the nature of our digital products, TFTT does not offer refunds on digital products after the purchase has been completed.
  2. Quality Assurance:

    • TFTT strives to provide high-quality digital wallpapers. If you encounter any issues with the download or quality of the product, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.
  3. Exceptions:

    • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the purchased content, mistaken purchases etc. however none of these will be considered if the products have already been downloaded.
  4. Physical Products:

  • If the product is damaged or not as described, we will refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days. You will pay the postage, and on determining the damage, we will refund your full amount and postage costs.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  1. Contact TFTT First:

    • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience any issues, we encourage you to contact TFTT’s support team at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly.
  2. Chargeback Policy:

    • In the event of a chargeback initiated without prior communication with TFTT, the following actions may be taken:
      • TFTT reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the transaction and product delivery.
      • Access to the purchased digital content may be suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
  3. False Claims:

    • Knowingly making false claims, initiating unwarranted chargebacks, or providing misleading information may result in legal action and the blocking of future transactions with TFTT.

 

Returns Policy

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Given the digital nature of our products, physical returns are not applicable. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
  2. Damaged or Defective Downloads:

    • If you believe you have received a damaged or defective digital download, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Delivery Policy

Physical products are delivered on the timescale shown at checkout, dependant on which service is selected. 


Please note, we do not ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Libya, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen.

Additional Notes:

  • We do ship to Ireland and remote UK islands such as the Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. However, please be aware that shipping costs may be higher and delivery times longer for these destinations.
